At Suez Environment, Management Trainee Program targets at growing our own leaders through selecting high-potential graduates and undergraduates. The externally acquired trainees will achieve accelerated development by building the breadth of leadership experiences earlier. In this 3-year Program, the trainees will complete cross-business rotations at our business entities of both Water and Waste, as well as an orientation program in Paris. After 3 years, the trainees are expected to take a leadership role based on business needs, individual performance and personal development aspiration.
Professional Development
The Program provides the trainees with a concrete learning and development journey from onboarding orientation, customized class-room training, field work, learning from on-the-job experiencesat critical business segment, learning from mentors and group coaching by senior management, to improving visibility and network set-up in Paris through headquarter orientation.
Candidate Requirements
l 2015 Full-time undergraduate or graduate college/ university and at the lastyear
l Major in environmental engineering or engineeringrelated professional subjects
l Good academic standing
l High learning agility
l Acceptable written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and
